Oversee IT Operations, Architecture, Business Intelligence, Software Engineering, Network Infrastructure, and production areas of Pre-Media production. Build teams to deliver automation and continuous improvement processes on a daily basis. Worked closely with M&A to deliver on acquisition objectives.

·      Using integrity and calculated judgement, we successfully finalized the sale of Vision Graphics, Inc. to A2Z Printing.

·      Using technical architecture and design the teams created a technology roadmap and are now using continuous improvement to realize strategic objectives.

Created an IT Strategy for operational excellence to revamp the IT operations management department to make the company lean in the span of six months (company had gone through 7 acquisitions with multiple ERP systems).

·      Quickly accomplished a departmental reorganization and implemented other cost savings totaling $673k annually in the first six months. Met customer needs with an $8k-$9k savings per month in USPS postal costs.

·      Using technology vision, reduced costs and added convenience by decentralizing printing; struck a deal with the vendor cutting company costs significantly while still allowing the vendor to come out ahead; a win-win situation.

·      Installed a specialized “local” phone system in all of the owner’s homes (Neponset, East Peoria, The Ozarks, Aspen, and Mexico) allowing immediate access to company personnel. Worked out special deals convincing two vendors to help install in Mexico.

·      Documented industry standard key performance reports to manage IT staff and all IT systems and provided the ability to prioritize our work
